You probably did already, but I'll ask anyway, did you inspect the frame all over for any possible real small
stamped numbers or such?

It's definitely an Offset chassis racekart frame, made for racing on Oval tracks. These types of racekarts also go by the generic term as being an 'LTO kart' (that stands for Left Turn Only) I used to race karts like yours at oval tracks, but I don't recognize what brand yours is.
There's lots of different company's that made Offset/LTO racekarts similar to yours. There's an internet forum that specializes in Offset/LTO Oval racekarts like yours, and some of the guys at that forum would most likely know what brand & model yours is; if you posted another thread there with your pics. That forum is called bobs4cycle.
