I would say the left most one in your hand is the choke linkage and runs from the choke lever to the choke butterfly (the flapper you can see when looking down into the carb). The spring probably goes from the governor to the throttle butterfly or from the throttle lever to the butterfly. Not sure about that long one.
I try to remember to take pictures before taking things like that apart, but I don't always remember to do so.
What kind of equipment is this on? Is it lawn equipment, a go kart, minibike etc?
You might be able to google B&S carburetor linkage diagrams and find it. It would be helpful to have the size of the engine and the model number to help find the right one. The model number is stamped into the pull starter cowling/shroud/shield/housing whatever you want to call it.
