Im building a racing go kart and completely flushed the old fluid out of my Mcp billet brakes. I put dot 3 because I didn’t know what to use and got new brake lines to make sure there were no leaks. It seems to be working fine but I’m not sure it will last long if I put in the wrong fluid. Should I use dot 3,4, or 5 for this brake system?

Your fine. I can leave the higher number on the brake fluid corresponds to heat resistance.
I don't think very much heat builds up in a go-kart brake system. By the way I use hydraulic oil in mine

I know that the instructions that come with the MCP brakes call for Dot 4, which is full synthetic.
