Help!w/identifing old go cart?!?

First timer here!...& Hope this is a good starting place...i KNOW THIS is googles TOP gocart forum...so here I am.
Ok, got an old go cart that I`ve been working on for a month +, from carb problems to figuring out the gas tank was Toast!
Now , I KNOW its a B&S 5hp engine on a ?frame. I Really think it is original & maybe an old walmart/rural king type 2 seater. The Briggs is a 130202(YEP, I`ve REsearched...got the parts diagram...LOL)...5912, I Think?!? I`ll check the last #`s in a bit.I`ll go out there & snap a pic or 2(Hopefully I`ll figer out how to upload). Looks like RIGHT HERE is where I should`a been a month ago...LOL!.....be back in a bit...GAS

~Preciate your quick "say hey" back!!!....just an old 2 seater...would like to know the name brand, maybe find more info. Got the engine run`n a bit better....Hell, my bro got it GAVE to him...brought it over here guess `cause he`s more of a electronics kind`a tech....small engines, Not so much...Lmao! I think I`ve only spent `bout 20 bux on it so far....time wise, my lord!!! I`ve had that tank & carb off, Multiple times. A retired Ford mechanic has came up a couple 3 times to help...we have the engine run`n perty good, NOT idle`n the best........but I`ve run into the NONidle`n, as soon as I do get it go`n...the "drive wheel" wants to GO....guess it IS a GO cart....LMAO. I`m NO EXpert mech, but i`m perty sure,...centrifugal clutch, is "hang`n". Once again, I just wondered if any1 would/could recognize the old b@st@rd.....I know the engines ~ mid 80`s

Its a clasic Manco. mid 80s i believe. if it did have a specific model id bet no one remembers. parts are pretty generic for those old karts though. so finding parts will be a breeze.

i dont believe the engine is original though. but is correct for its time.

your clutch might be burnt up.... if it takes off when idling.

those front wheels are from harbor freight... and by my own experience horrible quality. soon might be time to invest in some better tires.

Thanx BlueT!!! Took the clutch off....Hell, whole engine, drive tire didn`t wanna come off. There wasn`t enough room to take the CC off. I`ll post a pic in a bit. YEP, I`ve read that about Harbor & there quality of tools at least. After you said that, went out & saw a slice in the tire(outer wall). This **** FREE go-carts get`n DEEPer & deeper in the pockets....we Love our kids though..& SAFEty is a must!
OK, NOW!....I HAVE to give customer service...at Mango(american sportworks) MEGA kudo`s!!!!!!(Misty Powell). I sent those pix & just asking a generic question if any1 recognized & I`ll be ****, LESS than 30 minutes, she sent me the diagram....&....warning me that there had been(I read in between the lines...BAD) alterations, but look to see if this is right. I Have NEVER sent an email...to customer service & got such a QUICK responce!!! Just wanted to let ALL know, it seems these folks DO CARE...old or new stuff!!!

I am glad you have ID'd the frame. Take a piece of sandpaper to the inside of your clutch drum to smooth it out a bit. You can do the same on the clutch pads. They seem to get glazed after being used a while, and they don't grip as well.

They grip TOO well! Hence the prob of it wanting to take off on start...Thanx anyway

Found the CC to be a Max torque(Hope I spelt that rite...lol)...but looks like the hub & sleeve assembly is my "worble" prob!....may not`a spelt THAT right `neither....sorry land!
So. AFrica...realy....that is coool....
Ok, back to question, buy parts for a max CC.....or just "cough it up"?!?!?!?
I started into this, lil bro got it gave to`em....in a "nut shell"...I said I`d get it running as cheap as....STILL trying to do so......I`d rather not buy a new CC.....I DONT want happening to what the other top thead happened!!! Think I can get parts STRAIGHT from Max....just wondered...well, opinions!!!?? Thanks again!!!!!!!GAS
