The old driven unit on my predator 212 TC is completely seized on the jackshaft. I bought new driver and driven and i was able to install the driver with no issues but the driven is refusing to come off. I’ve tried a 3 prong puller that completely bent the inner half of the unit and tons of pb blaster and had no luck. Suggestions???

Remove the jackshaft. Place the driven on a vise, but don’t crank it down all the way, then use a metal punch (awl) in the center of the jackshaft and beat it out. Do not hit the jackshaft with a hammer or you will mushroom it out.

If you don’t have a vise, you can find a crack in the sidewalk or driveway bigger than the jackshaft and do it that.way.

Thanks for the responses guys, unfortunately nothing worked to loosen up the driven and i had to order a new jackshaft setup. It was so seized it broke through several inches concrete trying to get it loose. All is working perfectly now just waiting on new chain to ship.
