help torqe converter problems

Help Me
have a 420cc engine that I am running a torqe converter on it and one way on the belt it inages at idle and it is hard to move the mini bike with the engine off and when I flip the belt over it moves but does not hit the belt keep in mind this a brand new torqe conver and evry thing is lined up

Well now that the other 2 are out of the way and elwe know where to actually PUT our replies...

What kind of torque converter, and what exactly does "does not hit the belt" mean???

Wow that was hard to read!!

Pics will be needed. What TC? What belt? Belts can generally only go on one way depending on the TC
