Help. Tips on offroad cart

Me and my two roommates are looking to build a off road cart but were stuck on the planning stages of a frame. We want to do independent front and rear suspension on a small one seAT cart. So far we have a old 340cc snowmobile we want to try to salvage the motor, steering rack, wiring for the ignition and headlights, and we also want to some how use the snowmobile clutch system. Were all around 22 years old one roommate works in a welding shop and the other roommate and I work in a tooling and machining shop and they are pretty cool about letting us use the equipment.

That thread gives you an idea about setting up the engine, this thread will give you one idea for rear suspension; you may need to scale it down but, the engineering is sound...

As for front suspension, there are many different setups you can use & many more threads to help you
