Hey guys. I need help sourcing 3/4" live axle parts. I've searched online but need to know for sure what I see will work.

If you guys could help me find a sprocket hub and sprocket as well as the locking collars needed that would be great.

I'd like to get this parts by this weekend so I'm in a rush but don't want to order the wrong parts.

Sent from my Razr Maxx.

Well you need to tell us where you are first.

If in USA or Canada, then harbour freight or tractor supply, and princess auto in canada.

Also most bearing suppliers will have keyed shafting and all the other parts typically you need.

If your in the states, I highly recommend BMI Karts, they're speedy, and have super helpful staff. I've ordered at least $500 worth of parts from them across multiple orders. They'll probably have what you need, look through they're website (bmikarts.com) or call them

#salesrep (not really)

On another thread, it was mentioned that azusa, has all sort of sprockets. You will have to call and see if they have a hub attached, or need one attached, but these guys here could help.

Or like I said the above or a bunch(I just did a quick search) of bearing dealers in you area will most likely have what you need aswell.

Thanks for the tip, I'll give them a call after work and see what they have.

I'll also call BMI and see who's got the best price.

It doesnt mean much but I have never seen a kart with a 3\4 axle before. You may have to make a hub to fit the sprocket of your choice.
Why does your kart look like it up on the roof?:lolgoku:

We have the exact same kart. Although it is a two seater. I think my axle is bigger than 3/4 more like an inch. I'll measure tonight. Mine may be different because of the added weight but then again. There were tubes on the outside of the frame towards the wheels. I figured these were just sleeves or spacers. I don't know that this helps though, I'm still learning.

Wow thank you for checking rusty! I'm sorry I come off as guessing, I don't mean to, it's just the karts are about an hour away and I only get to them on the weekend.

I did decide to wait on building this one up. No reason to rush!

But I would check it out yourself before making any decisions. Good luck.
