Help on hubs

Can a wheel hub be put on this wheel ?

Are those bolt hole bosses broken?

That might explain why it currently doesn't have the sprocket and hub attached.......

So can I put another hub on or I have to buy a new wheel? The bolt holes are broken.

I'm pretty sure you're into a new wheel, but before you condemn it, check the other side. If the right hand side wheel is identical (maybe), just switch them, and buy a hub.
