The cops in Cleveland were busy at a Riot... err I mean Political Rally

I honestly would of found the person who did it, and talked to them first. if they were gonna be a d--k about it then the police would be called, if they were gonna give it up and apologize over and over and beg for me not to call the cops, I would of packed it up, gave him a stern warning and left. call the police and tell them someone returned the kart on your drive way during the night..

I hate getting the po-po involved in anything, just a pointless feat really. and one in a half hours for a cruiser to show? I know there's more important things.. but really one in a half hours?!

Believe me, I didn't want to get the 5o involved but this kid, according to the cops, has a record of doing this. Him and his two brothers. This kid is really lucky the cops were involved.
