On my mini bike the 30 series torque converter is only getting me up to around 40 mph is there any way to get it to go faster (yes I have right belt) but if I put it up on the stand the bike tire just fly's! Also I welded up my own exhaust pipe out of 1.5 inch galvanized (Don't worry I cleaned it and had 3 fans blowing fresh air right into my face) but it is extremely loud (On a predator 212cc) for me I don't mind it but I'm sure my neighbors will want me to rot in :censored: is there any way to quite it down with out killing the reason why I made it? (yes I know how to lollipop a pipe but is there any thing else?) I think this is all ill put in one post at once so thanks for the help!

What the gearing right now?...
What's the rear tire OD?
Why faster... That's still pretty fast for a bike not meant to go that fast.

Exhaust are going to be loud, straight pipes are one of them...
You could weld on a plumbing fitting and put one of those Briggs can mufflers to help....

Is it a baja warrior, sounds like it with a 19" tire? If it is, the governor is limiting you to that speed (3,600 rpm) & it won't go any faster really, without some mods to the engine.

Take a look at what people have done to increase rpm's but remember, it all comes at a cost.

Loud is loud....

Ya don't pull the gov arm... Unless you want to get all touchy-feelly with the broken high speed con rod...

Some of you guys in the pursuit of more and more speed might be missing the point and missing the basic enjoyment of the whole concept.

Who are you trying to beat anyway?

Oh, and hey man, quit with the posting outside links for pics. That's tedious and potentially risky if the site is untrusted. Post them here for all to see...

Aftermarket performance components for Asian engines will help with speed, stock parts will scatter if you push them over the limit. Remember, speed costs money. Sprockets and gear ratios will help, but MB's weren't made for breaking speed records.
