Hemi 212 I was told valves were too tight it wouldn’t start when hot after s rip and ate 3 pull cords not the rope but the things on top on springs and adjusted valves now when you pull the rope it wants to yank out your hand someone said they went thru same thing and changed bearings and it went away

Read the opening post (post #1) of this thread I wrote about a year and a half ago, maybe it will help. The gist of it is that if you're on top of the engine when you pull the rope, your arms aren't long enough to get a proper pull. Step back away from it, lean into it to get hold of the rope, and make a full nonstop pull through a good 4' of rope. Works for the snatchback problem every time for me.

See the thing is I can’t even pull it 2 inches without it yanking it and sometimes it makes pop noise almost like backfire but not even running

jmaack nailed it. That's the only thing that could be causing what you are describing, and as bad as you make it sound it might be both.

Pull the spark plug wire off so it won't fire out of your grip. Pull normally, pull slowly, etc., through the cycle of the engine, see if it makes any noises like clanking or grinding, and if at any point it wants to completely lock. Let us know what happens, but short of something being physically broken inside the engine I'll go along with the others on valves and/or timing.
