Help me find a matching wheel!

So I have this wheel with a thick plastic rim and 5/8" bore from "cheng shin" (see pic). I cant seem to find a matching one! I can find a matching size but it would be strange to have two different front wheels.

Does anyone know where I could find this exact wheel and tire? It was bought pretty recently.

What do you need? The tire, or the rim? The tire is a Cheng Shin. You can find that. The rim, I have no idea.

I need the tire and the rim. I will take another picture of the complete wheel tonight.

The wheel looks like a 4" AzusaLite wheel.
There isn't enough detail in your photo to see what style tire it is. That size tire comes in a few different tread designs and tire styles.
