ok so i didnt quite do option 2... so ill call it option 2.5 lol

what happened was that my dad wouldnt give me the 80 bcks that i was missing so i told him that i couldnt buy it off him because i didnt get the money. he told me that hed sell me the concessions kart for 80 bucks and then when i got the money that i could come back in a week or two and buy the briggs off him for 80 bucks too.

so i brought the concession kart home yesterday and was kinda heated when i realized that it didnt have a genuine honda:toetap: but regardless its a decent kart.

you guys were right tho this things hevy as hell!!!! im definitely not running it with the body on. besides itd look cooler with a bucket seat imo.

yeah that was kinda long but i still have to bleed the disk brakes (it has 2 of em) and mess around with the throttle a little to get it running good. then ill strip the kart down and paint it. (idk which color) the bucket style seat that i was thinking of ptting on it is green so i may just go green on the frame but idk.

is the kart in option one a good kart?? i might be able to get it for 80, its for my lil brother

Definitely strip some of the "child-proofing" off of that concession kart. It'll cut back on the weight.

ok so the guy that i bought the kart decided to be a total *** now that i have the money he wont give me the 6 horse briggs, or the 18 horse for the prices that he promised.

he said 175 for the briggs 18 horse, and he said 80 for the briggs 6 horse.

he told me the other day that if i bought the kart off of him that i could have the 6 horse for 40 and the 18 horse for 80.

i would take it because its still cheaper than most places but i dont have that kinda money being that i cant work and im only 14

1- should i get the carter for my little brother? are they good karts?

2- and also what kind of motor should i drop in my kart( concession kart) its built really well and has something around bearings for the axle. it looks to be really strong so im thinking it can take an upgrade in hp
