Manco was good about that....changing model numbers or even names for the slightest difference....(2 exactly same karts with totally different names, just different color karts.)

Wait! !!! What??? Told ya I just glanced....where are these tires and rims going?

I'm seeing some red flags on what you linked.

That tire will not fit that rim, if I read correctly. 6" tire with a rim for an 8" tire. You need to get an 8" rim. If your Dingo is anything like my Yerf Dog, you won't be able to use the exact same wheels front and back. The rears ride on a 3/4 axle, and the fronts on a 5/8 spindle.

What size are the rear wheel axle nuts on the Dingo? I went through my minuscule collection of sockets and found none that matched.

When I got it one was 1" and the other was 1 1/8 ". Now they are both 15/16" lock nuts.

Yes the tire will fit .The first rim and tire combo is for the front and the 8" tires are for the rear . I will be using the existing rims they are 8".

A little update. Still having trouble with the brakes . And need better bearings in the jack shaft . the bearings I got from BMI are junk . It could also be my fault .I bought the same bearings that I took out . My motor also cuts out when running . hoping a new fuel pump will take care of that .

I agree, it looks good. This was basically a restoration as you did not seem to really alter anything or add any goofball add-ons. Bravo, you did an old, forgotten, neglected kart some very good justice!

Why did you replace the axle (since it appeared to come with one already)? Too far gone?

Also how rusty is to rusty for them to work I mean pitting after they are cleaned with wire wheel and polished ?

Not sure (no photos), but since you replaced the original TC for a new one I'd still keep the old for another project assuming of course that it is not rusted completely through in places (holed).

Axle was toast very bent . It would have worked but I didn't like it.

Also I was given a quad. was going to use the brakes off the front . So I figured I would see if I could get it running first and I did so it is a no go . Daughter claimed it as hers now .
