Help manco dingo

What axle do I need for a 70s or 80s Dingo?? Also need the jack shaft axle ? I think I can just use a 1" x 36" live axle right? Also does anyone sell a whole kit like axle ,carrier ,bearings and sprocket? I would post pics but don't know how from iPad .

Gotta love those little metal sawhorses!!!! I turned mine upside down over a couple of 4' 1×4s. and screwed theem to the tops with short screws! That was my only complaint with them is that they were a little short (both length and height) but...for what they are, they're awesome! .....carry on!

It is also missing a plate in the front and a floor pan. I am going to make those .

Interested in what prep you did prior to painting. Is that red from rattle can paint?

I have a Dingo too (late model) but she's gonna be an all-tires-matching minimalist road machine. She has a full roll cage and three-point seatbelt but that's gotta go.

Wire wheel with grinder . Rust-oleum primer and paint out of spray can.

Those things are awesome. I had one that would pull the front tires off the ground everytime you took off. I would suggest paint stripper also for all those hard to reach spots.

Torque converter ??? What size do I need for replacement ?? 1" motor shaft. 5/8 jack shaft . Is that a 40 series ??

I can't find any info on a dingo that old . It has a Briggs 8 hp.

You should get a 40...You can get a 30 with a 1" shaft size...but IIRC...that's about the hp limit of the 30.

That's what I thought . Also how rusty is to rusty for them to work I mean pitting after they are cleaned with wire wheel and polished ?
