Help I'm a chef not a mechanic

Can someone tell me what kind of go cart this is and where can I find serial number? The front end is crap but working and I need replacement parts but I don't know what the parts are called. Again I'm a chef, this just became a hobby that I'm starting to think I should switch careers!!

Those are commonly referred to as buggies and they're more or less the result of years and years of product liability lawsuits. Roll cages, seat belts...ack! ...But Mr. Safety™ is pleased.

That kart should be easy for you to work on. I think it's a Bechamel 2000.
