Bought a project tonight for $100, a frame with swingarm, axle, differential, steering box, rims and tires, and a 292 Kawi engine with both pull and electric start.
Much of it is missing, no spindles, no steering linkages, no controls, most of secondary clutch missing, shifter missing from what I guess is a hi-lo w/reverse rear differential.
Here is 1 of the pictures of the rear end with missing drum while sitting in my van, another of the missing spindles, rear end is below in thread, thought start with this to find linkages and 1 brake drum.
Thanks to all who can assist...

Thanks for the tips... Had to click advanced..
Top post has the missing front spindles and rear brake drum, bottom pics are the rear end from 2 angles... It spins freely on the axle without the drum, other is seized...

To find the correct drums, you'll need to figure out the origin of the rear end or even what the kart is; once we figure that out, finding parts wiil be much easier; can you post pics of the whole kart?

I could post more pics when I wrestle this out of my van, but as far as knowing more about it, bought from son whose dad was killed in a MX accident, he knew nothing at all about it...

Doesn't look like any golf kart I've seen before, it would have sat too low, lots of tabs cut off frame, it did have some sort of body around it before.
The rear end def looks like a gold cart unit, the frame seems off...
But if I can identify this rear end then I can get some parts...
Started looking at golf cart differential pictures, some were pretty close, nothing exact though.
