That word is not compatible with chinese bearings. While they a more than good enough for the application. There is NOTHING precision about it.
i'm a bearng snob, so there is that

Oh dear. I didn't mean to trigger you but what does "precision" mean? Does it mean perfection or does it denote a quality of some level? What level of precision is meant by precision? Maybe it is akin to saying the weather is cold but the coldness must be defined, so how cold is it? Let's read Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance; "The metaphysics of quality" and then debate....

Is one of these a precision bearing or does one of these have more precision over the other?

OR

I think I want your definition of precision bearings. Once I have it, where can I find a precision bearing in the common 1 3/8" OD x 5/8" ID size?

By the way, all I was doing was using the marketing spiel for these bearings. The top image is called "standard" and the bottom image is "precision", nothing more than that, but the bottom is definitely BY FAR a magnitude of precision above the top bearing and like you said (uh oh):

While they a more than good enough for the application

:roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol:...this ain't the Space Shuttle and no one here is building one.

Wholeheartedly agree with Hellion, those front wheels have got to GO before someone gets hurt.

What these wheels are for:

Sure hope the original OP comes back and doesn't turn into one of those that for some reason ran away after 3 or 4 of us tried to help him out.
I’m still here! Appreciate all the help and identification! There’s a lot to sift through but making my way. Just ordered new front wheels and turf tires from bmi.
Thanks all! I’ll add some new pics soon.

Not at all, l just hate to see precision used so loosley

but what does "precision" mean?
Nothing anymore, sadly. lt used to mean a lot, now its just an advertising buzz word.
The dictionary.

precision | prēˈsiZH(ə)n | nounthe quality, condition, or fact of being exact and accurate: the deal was planned and executed with military precision. • [as modifier] marked by or adapted for accuracy and exactness: a precision instrument. • technical refinement in a measurement, calculation, or specification, especially as represented by the number of digits given. Compare with accuracy: a precision of six decimal figures | this has brought an unprecedented degree of precision to the business of dating rocks
.precision bearing in the common 1 3/8" OD x 5/8" ID size
Just a common 99502H.
l have always Preferred a designated bearing supply house. They will have quality products at a higher price.
ln most cases ya cant see precision inna pic but a can feel it.
as stated in the begininning, those are good enough for the application.
Keep your expectations in check if yer getting 10 bearings for $2. Whatever the jungle store gets forem.
I have made ceramic 99502H for serious racers.
A set of them bad boys cost more than a whole kart in some cases.
Just keep using what ya have been, just aviod the P word, please.

Rant over!

If the inner race moves in a radial or longitudinal direction, that is not precision
That is certainly a factor. Without getting into a bunch of technical shyt, Radial clearance is a design parameter, and is factor of bore diameter. Usually .0003 to .001 roughly for the sizes we play with. There has to be some clearance or trouble will be brewing. Raceway curvature is another factor. with common bearings axial clearance will be approx 10x radial clearance. We are getting into territory that really is unimportant for go kart wheel bearings. If ya wanna know more its all on the innernet. It gets as technical as ya care to go. Precision bearings do exist, but not on scamazon and you'll pay a little more than $2
