also i had a friend post my pictures on website and a guy from new York tried to get me to ship it over to him so i figured it was either a rare find or just an odd that someone many miles away wanted it!

anyway thats a nice gokart you got there whats you got in mind for a power plant? or you keeping the old?

haven't really thought about it yet! ive already restored the motor that was on it! but im wanting to go at least 6.5hp...ive been looking at the 6.5hp predators but like i said im new to this never built one. i just figured it being so old i might as well restore it!

That's a challenge!

I have no idea,
parts remind me of a Simplex Challenger, other parts call Rupp in my head,
and the side rails say Trophy Kart....

I seriously don't know, if it's a commercially made kart,
I'm not a big help here I'm afraid.

and old 3hp Tecumseh motor! i put a new sparkplug in it sprayed alil carb cleaner in it and it took off on me hahah! on the 2nd pull!

thank you sid! anything helps like i said before im new to this and any help is better than none!

i"m not a big fan of Tecumseh almost lost a finger to a 5hp Tecumseh dont ask me how lol long story.

yes i do!!! lol it was a old Tecumseh that you had to rap the rope around to start it and i barely gave it a pull and it backfire on me!!!! and it cut my finger right off so what do i do well i run around like i got my head cut off 15 or so minutes later i got to the ER it was so funny seeing the nurse asking whats wrong at the same time im pulling my cut off finger out of my back pocket asking her please sew this back on know d*** it!!!! so yea i hold a grudge on Tecumseh.

I realise you didn't actually use the words & that it would've been one of those times when every profanity under the sun was used but, the inference is still there...

There are lots of young kids on this forum so, we like to keep it "family friendly"...
