help HSK600 2 stroke

I plan to use a Tecumseh 98cc/3.0 HP 2-Cycle HSK600 on a go kart. what is the top rpm with the Governor removed? what size sprockets to use i want good torque and speed???

What kind of go cart? tire size? Somewhere in the 6k range sounds correct, but dont free rev the motor unless you want a snapped rod.
