Depends on what style kart, application, and weight.

Most Common for off road is

Clutch: 10t Centrifugal #40/41 chain (Torque Converter HIGHLY recommended or you're gonna burn through CCs like the south of Cali)
Axle Sprocket: 60t
Rear Tires: 18x8.5x8

Small kart:

Clutch: 10t or 12t #40/41 or #35 chain.
Axle Sprocket: Try to stay as close to 60t as possible. You can get by with a 42t if need be but low end torque will be an issue.
Wheels: 12-14" OD will suffice. Stay away from Harbor Freight wheels as they tend to explode from time to time.

depends on your chain pitch..

it's either 12T (for #35 chain) or 10T (for #40 chain wich is likely to be the case)

measire your sprocket from one tip to the next.. if you end up with ~1/5" it'll be a #40 (esque) chain.

I'd say go for 420 chain wich will likely fit, but maybe you need the slightly wider #40
(measure the sprocket thickness to be sure)
but the clutch will be the same anyways.. a #40/#41 10T clutch.

and still... a TC (comet series 30 or clone off ebay) with a similar sized (10T #41) sprocket will add not only low end torque but also top end speed ;)

Posting a pic of your kart might help us determine how much throttle cable you need. if your engine is rear mounted, you could probably just measure from the brake pedal to the back of the kart then add a foot and that should be plenty.

By just eye balling it, I would say a 60” cable should do you justice. Make sure you measure though, you don’t want it to be too tight because it’s short, but at the same time a longer cable will have additional drag in the cable sleeve and will get in the way of other kart components.
