Maybe some wheel size measurements, and a picture of the toungue and pigtail....would help....

Offhand, I'd say utility trailer with mesh gate and ramps....but those tailights may be throwing me....

manco intruder or similiar, this one pictured has dual a arms and a 6.5 hp engine. swing arm rear suspension 18" rear tires. Its pretty nice.
