help.... 94 honda 300ex carb

OK every one i have a 94 Honda 300ex in my go-kart that has started to have carburetor problems that i just cant figer out. It stared some time ago and began to have idle problems when cold and extreme consumption of gas so i decide to clean the carb. Now i can only get it run with full choke. i have all ready checked for vacuum leaks in between the crab and the head on the boot with no luck.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

did u poke out the crap in the jet

did u reset the air mizture screw properly

u may have to readjust it

yes i did poke the junk out the jets

thar is only one adjusting screw other then idle and before remove i counted how many turns in then removed. so it should still be the same

try adjusting it
work in half turn increments and remeber what u have done in case you have to reset it

let it run and slowly adjust it
if it gets better then fine tune it
if it gets worse then turn the other way
if it gets worse both ways then somthing else is the issue

is your tank clean?
is the fuel u are putting in clean and fairly new?
could somthing got into the bowl during reassembly?
diod u use new gaskets and seals or did u reuse the old ones?

u say it had idle problems when cold (usual) and exteme compustion of gas

what do u mean by this
do u mean it was back firing, running rich or outting out smoke?

it disassembled it again and and the idle mix jet was all clogged
