hello all, i have a yamaha 550cc maxim 5 speed motercycle motor. its got 4 carbs, and is aircolled. i have it in a custom atv i built, and never finished. i got bored with the broject, and also flipping it over and getting road rash didnt help finishing it.
i would like to build a go kart/buggie type kart. i guess just a larger go kart to handle the high speeds, and acceleration.
i am a welder/fabricator, but dont know much about building karts. i guess i could buy a frame and modify it to my motor, but i like building from scratch. i am not sure about a design/prints. can anyone point me in the right direction please. and also, would my 550cc motor work?
