Hey there, my names Joel, from Ontario Canada, someone on Kijiji offered to sell me his Birelart go kart frame for 175$. Seems like a good deal, although I’m looking for something a little more complete, because I don’t have much experience with go karts.
I plan on making it electric, but my question is:

How much would I expect to spend in parts (minus all the electrical components) to get this thing finished?

Striped racing kart frames are usually pretty expensive to put back together when they are completely stripped like that.

That frame has a broken spindle mount and It would probably end up costing 2 or 3 thousand dollars to buy all the new genuine Birel parts you'd need: Birel ART Kart Parts :: Chassis & Parts :: Comet Kart Sales
