Hello, new guy here. I love go karts. I own 5. Airplanes also. 13 of those. I’m a cool hoarder i guess. My latest kart.

CRG road rebel shifter with a Daytona 190 4 valve.

I have not raced it. The man I bought it from did. He ran it in the 125 shifters. It did very well. Being a 4 stroke, it was less shifting and pulled better out of corners. It is close to 30 hp and the 125 shifter class is mid 30's. Top speed is around 100 mph vs 105 on the 125 shifters. On a curvy track this kart can beat the 125 shifters. Tracks with long straights favor the 125 2 strokes. My kart is faster than the TAG 2 strokes though. I use to race when my kids were younger. I still have those karts and intend to run them again. My life was way to heavy into airplanes. I still have 13 with a few being retired military trainers. Oh yeah 10 cars and 16 motorcycles. I'm a gear head. 63 years young. Still weigh what I did in high school. Loving life. Here is my old Gilera 125 shifter I use to race. I will be restoring it soon. Just needs bearings and tightening up. Also my CRG Daytona Heron with a KT100.
