Hi, I'm new to this site and I'm also not all that mechanically inclined but some buddies and I decided that we were going to build a mini chopper and a go kart. I guess thats a good way to start learning. After looking through the forums here, it looks like this might help alot. Anyway, i guess my first question is does anybody know where to get a good throttle control for the minichopper? I live in Canada and from what it seems, we don't have a lot of the same stores you guys are refering to on the forums. I don't mind ordering online but the reviews from throttle control at the northern tools site don't seem to say good things. Any ideas?

ive used the shifter lever and cable from an old bicycle for throttle control. it will work, its not the prettiest way of doing it, but it works.

Hello! www.mfgsupply.com sells a great throttle. I use it on my mini bike and there are no problems.
