Hello everyone I am new to the board. I just picked up a go kart I believe it's a Manco 415 correct me if I'm wrong. I am going to rebuild it. Looking forward on using this forum.

Why do you need to rebuild that kart? It looks like it's all there. It's one of the exalted Manco karts too. Glorious.

Yes it's all there I just want to take it all apart clean it up repaint the frame try to make it look new.

Good deal then.

You've got 4 intact aluminum rims too, the original Manco ones. Those look good naturally finished rather than painted IMO.

Thanks Hellion for the manual. The rear passenger side wheel is not original. But I managed to find one on eBay.everything on the kart seems to be original. One of the scrub brakes broke. Not sure if I am going to weld it back on,or covert it to a band brake.

Yeah, I'll say. That kart looks almost impossible to flip on its own. Did you try to drive it up the wall like PcKart did?

Of course he parked it there and it stayed. I'd be jealous of that talent too.

Okay so maybe everyone saw but didn't say. Loose the hf wheel (front left). As the kart is, that wheel will be the first thing to go. Looks like already 20minutes on it, anymore and boom!
