Hello to all. I have been lurking around the site for about a month and finally decided to join. I can see a lot of info in the site. I am not new to karts as I have been racing karts since I was 12 years young. I started racing with a Margay Bug and a MC 92 motor. Switched to Briggs flatheads, then Tecumsha Star motors. I now run Honda's, honda clones and Briggs animals. I have three karts running a 2008 Bad Max, 2006 Coyotie and a 2005 Bricknell. One of the reasons I joined was several of your members are building Mini Jeeps and that is what I would like to build. I have three grandchildren,a nine year old boy, 2 1/2 old girl and a 8 mo.old boy,all three are interested in what Grampy in building in the basement when they come to visit. I also have my 9yr old grandson racing karts and he runs a animal with a restrictor plate, he started racing when he was 4+ with a Komer Kart. My grandaughter is the most inqusitive and want to play in the grease, grime, and slime. My wife is still laughing about the last time that the grandaughter was here because she had more grease and crud on her than the tractor that I was working on. I have found a 16hp briggs, hydraulic pump,and 2 hydraulic motors and started to weld up a frame in the shape of a Jeep.
