Welcome to DIY! Cool stuff for snow, I know most guys up north (USA) either stop in the winter or go for ice, those paddle wheels and skis are way cool!

Welcome to the forum. Is that a 4 cylinder bike engine on there? You have a snow rocket. How does it run, bet it's pretty quick in the summer time with tires as well. Great idea.

Despite the potential danger of a 600CC engine on a go kart, I see y'all put it together well. Everything is beefy, and you have front (hydraulic?) brakes. I see a little lever on the left side, is that the shifter?
