He is 14 and has earned money from doing jobs around the house. Must recently digging holes to put up a fence.

What is the condition of the kart?
A worn out rusty derelict with no engine or wheels?

It's nice to see someone who is just started a first project. The members here are great and know a lot(except for that one guy). Where in TN? Im in Memphis. If you need to know the wrong way to something im your guy. Enjoy working on it with your son.
