I've been lurking for a while and it's time I joined the forums.

I don't have any pictures yet as I'm reading up on how to do things before starting a build. I know you guys like pictures :thumbsup:

I'm thinking about a kart for the kids 13, 10 and 7 y.o. :auto: plus something for me. The something for me kart would be more of a practical transport vehicle to move things up the hill on the small acreage I own. It's not flat and I'm sick of pushing the wheelbarrow up the hill from the road with anything that has been delivered i.e. concrete blocks, mulch etc. Maybe a flatbed chassis with a skid steer drive system using two electric motors.

After lurking for a bit I've learnt heaps about things like steering geometry and electric motors but now it's time to make something happen...

I'm on the fringe of Sydney. I know this is a North America based forum so Sydney is a more recognised location.

I have enough space to get myself in trouble but not enough to run a powerful kart in my backyard, but I do have a trailer...
