Hi All.

Signed on here a good while back and some how lost my activation code. Then as the story goes got stuck on OMB and only checked in at DIY GK every now and then, but got fustrated as I could not post or see the pics. :kewlsmiley:

Every now and then I search for builders in SA and only ever found one who for almost 2 years has not been around on OMB - it was a long shot, but PM'd Landuse the other day and got a reply.

Can you believe we're 500 miles apart both still on forums only he went left and I right  - So enough about Landuse you know him better than me.

I am a toolmaker by trade, but currently work for a pallet manufacturing company. I am married with two boys Will and Tom 4 and 2 years old.

This whole addiction started when my brother who was wathching JackAss saw Ryan Dunn on a mini bike and said hey that cool "WE" should build the boys one.

The WE turned into I and it was so much fun I have'nt turned back.

My first build is the blue mini with side car and since then I have built - A big Trike and Baby Trike , a Steam punk Bike a Bobber and have been draging my *** with a chopper and now I really want to build a Bantam Tractor :lolgoku:

Thanks to Landuse for sorting out the admin and getting me up and running and Hello to All

The second pic is me just showing off because the Misses actually let me take the photo

Welcome to DIYGK!! Now you are going to get hooked here and leave OMB :D:D

Your steam punk minibike is just too cool.

.....thats cool "WE" should build the boys one

Thats the biggest excuse for building yourself something . It seems to appease the wife for a while, until she catches on that it is for you

I must admit I am amazed at the friendships that have formed over the internet. There are some great guys on OMB and then out the blue I make a friend in South Africa here on DIT GK - truley awesome.

I'm not very familiar with the different models made in the states, but I have strong engineering background. I think all you'll get out of me for a while is "Ooooh that's Nice - let me Pm you my address for shipping:wai:
