I am a dad reliving his past with his 11yr son. I had every type of go kart and motor bikes I pieced together will growing up in a family junk yard and mechanic shop. those day a person could make as living on his tools and have 10 acres of junk cars behind there shop. I grew a junk yard kid that went off to college and now im back working construction after down sizing. but I see the spark in the eye of a 11yr boy when I drug up a junkyard dune buggy project that needs all the help it can get. for the first time I seen a xbox controller get threw to the side and he started washing the old buggy like it was his first car and he was getting ready for a hot date. so this is a very important project to me and to him for use to get some grease under our finger nails and turn some wrenches. for the most part I have never tried to build one of these the right way but with a little help from you all I am sure we can piece this buggy back to life. I know buy a new one tight butt. but that would defeat the purpose and the just of it is all there it is just putting it back to its rightful order to last even longer than it has. the buggy is hard to id because the stickers are worn off and it was well used. it has the cvt type clutch at least the bottom part bolted to the jackshaft plate. I posted a pic of it on one of my threads and if you have any idea please fell free to post any comment about it because I have no clue and have looked all over the net for pic of the buggy.

. We need to see pics. Just post 'em up wherever you were planning and we will go from there.
