Im looking for a transistor inside a curtis 1208 speed controller. It's next to the 6 pin header and has STP or STR in the beginning part number. It connects to pin 5 and 6, so for the brake circuit. the front blew off so i can't see the complete number to replace it. The controller works when I pinch the transistor, so i'm hoping it's not too bad to fix. It has the TO-220 case and no heatsink. May not be model specific, so if you have one close to 1208, please look and let me know the number. The board is open, not in an enclosure. Thanks
