Hello from Illinois

I live in southern Illinois. Just got a couple go karts a little over a month ago. One home made with a gx160 and chain clutch, the other a manco looking frame with an 8hp briggs and comet 40 series
The home made is running fine but the 8hp briggs is garbage. The carb was leaking like a sieve so I put a rebuild kit in it. No luck. Brought it in and paid a guy to fix it. Still doesnt work. So now Im going to install an 11hp clone with electric start but I need to raise the motor up and bring it over because its too big

Your second kart is a Carter, it doesn't make it a bad kart, they're actually very high quality but it isn't a Manco.
