Hello from Chicago

Hello all first off I do not build Karts but I have been building Motorized Bikes for a few years now I have built several with 79cc predator engines. I have started a new build using a 212 predator the bad part is I started this build so I could a 3D clutch.

In the process I've learned the 212 can be built nicely so I joined this forum in order to learn about what all can be done with these motors. I'm not going for big power but I want dependable power. The plan right now is to run around 4k rpm most of the time but being able to hit 7.5k rpm when wanted or needed.

I'll thank everyone ahead of time for any info and advice I get.

Welcome! I don't personally know a ton about 212s, but from prior info, I think that 7500 is pretty high, so you would need to have at least a few aftermarket parts. Someone else here can tell you a lot more specifics. There are many older threads relating to building predators also, so search for them and look around at those a little bit.
