There's been like 100 different brands of side-engine Racekarts built over the years from all over the world, their frames all look fairly similar.
I cant tell what brand yours is, but the short distance between it's Nerf Bar mounts is a good clue it was made back in the 70's/80's era.
The most difficult parts to obtain are going to be:
A pair of front spindles that'll give correct steering geometry.
Then the next big hurdle is your frame doesn't seem to have any type of mounting bracket for a rear Caliper.
Your also missing the front Bumper, those typically don't interchange between different brands, models & years.
The good news is most of the remaining parts you need will typically interchange other brands of racekarts.
The bad news is, It's going to cost a lot more to buy all those parts than the kart will end up being worth.
You could easily spend a couple grand on parts and end up with a kart only worth like $500...
