Chazphil here from Alabama looking for information on a Kenbar Streaker (D660 I believe but not certain) to restore for grandson. I'm specifically looking for photos and or the parts/part #s for the sprocket, brake drum, and clutch. Otherwise, the kart seems to be all there but w/Kenbar long gone this has been the only place I have even seen anything on them in any real detail. Any help is welcome.

:welcome2: Start a build thread in Go Kart Discussion or maybe Project Log & Photo Gallery and post lots of photos. You can upload them directly to the site....

Everyone uses the term "restore" but they never hold to the actual definition of the word. You're not restoring that kart unless you're going to throw lots of money at it to restore (or match as close as possible) the original engine, original paint, original parts, original decals, original seat and whatever else. Just call it a "custom" or rebuild/repair...
:stir:

There is not much documentation on the Ken-Bar karts unfortunately. I have basically never seen an owner's manual or parts list for one posted online but Denny is absolutely correct about the kart parts being [more or less] generic.
