I would try to get that honda running clean it and sell it because they are worth a crap ton dude you could sell it for like 250$!

Clutch bolt broken off in shaft

So we got out kart up and running but we noticed that the clutch bolt that came with the TC did not fit...... we get a 5/16 24 fine thread in two lenghts and installe the shorter one 1st... noticed it was coming loose so installed the longer 1 with a few flat washers and a lock washer......... got about 2 hour ride time then this happened

Looks like the bolt sheared in two or lost its head?

There's no telling with the quality of hardware sometimes. Maybe use a Grade 5 or Grade 8 next time for extra insurance.

Quickest project ever, by the way. Did the paint have time to dry?

Just a few rattle cans..... we sprayed it a few days ago... nothing me and a 7 yr old couldn't handle.... but now we are down in the dumps
