Hello, I'm from Virginia. My name is Zach. I love to work on diff things.
i currently obtained a Murray Explorer 6hp Tecumseh power sport ohv.
it started up and ran real good. But, when I tried starting it on the ground it would start then shut off. I finally got it to stay running and rode it a little bit.
but when you start off slow it wants to bog down. Any ideas?? Thankss!

Check and clean the carb. idk if thats exactly why its boggng but its good to check it any ways.

Well I forgot to mention, ive already cleaned the carb and bowl. Something else when I prime it, it gives out very little gas and it looks milky colored?

How old is the gas your using. Sounds like you need to drain the tank and use good gas.

Update time: so when I got home from school I took a syringe filled with gas and sprayed it directly into the carb from the air intake it started on the first time it ran for afew seconds then shut off. So I'm guessing the carb is pluggrd up?

Yup. Sounds like carb rebuild time. It's possible a passage did not get adequately cleaned last time through.

The "milky" gas is a wee bit strange. Get rid of it, and refill with fresh stuff.
