Managed to pop a belt due to alignment issues a. I fixed the issue now I’m searching for a heavier duty belt if possible. They belt I had was 27”x 3/4” I believe. Center of drive shafts measure 6 5/8”.

Does anybody know if there is a heavy duty or super duty belt that would be compatible with my TC. I seen tons on amazon but the reviews were bad.

well, if you buy a Vbelt (automotive style) that's just about the correct size,
you WILL have issues with it's performance.
the thing is the sheave angle MUST be met by the belt,
otherwise you drastically reduce contacting surface and thus loose lots and lots of performance.

So yeah, buy a good quality TC belt matching your TC (series 40 belts are different than cat99 belts or series 30 belts and so on)

So make sure you have the TC properly set up
(i.e. a series 40 typically runs inboard not outboard as the series 30)
and the belt is the proper size, pulleys are aligned as per manufacturers specs.

and your gearing is correct; then and ONLY then your quality made belt will last for years!
