Head lights

Hey DIY forums.

Wanted to ask the forums a question on a good go kart head light setup. I want a good bright light that would work well at night. Any suggestions? Planning to mount them on the roll cage. I'll need to hook a battery to it because I don't think my motor has electrical hookup, it's a techsuba sport motor.

Led if you can afford them as they pull less amps, last longer, and brighter.

what is the top like is it just bars or is there like a plate across the top. also what is the the back by the motor look like. is there anywhere to fit a battery.

I could easily weld a battery mount and it's just roll bars on the top, no plate or anything.

then you would need to either buy or make some mounts to attach the lights to then you can run the wires under the padding you have around the cage that will keep the tight so the don't get caught on something. but you would want two or three lights on the top and for maximum light you could put one or two on the front bumper so you could see farther out in front of you.
