I had the same issue. It's the low oil sensor. It is the yellow wire, just disconnect and seal it up from the elements. Make sure you have oil and check it periodically!

Sent from my Razr Maxx.

one more thing ... the engine runs straight gasoline, and i cannot find where to add oil, other than making sure the filter is soaked in it ... is there a spout to add the fluid also that im just not seeing?

Damddrew-
This is a multi national forum. Most of us live in a house by a road. It's better to add location information in the long run. ... (which country the bridge you live under is....the make and model of your "house"...how much HP it has. ...do all the tires hold air....)- inquiring minds want to know.

I think you are suppose to run the filter dry. I cant find where about it says wet the filter with oil.
Most clones are just that.

there are three different stock airfilters on clones that I've seen so far,
a flat foam block (that needs to be soaked in oil every now and then to work properly)
a semi dry air filter

then there's the common dry air filter
(wrong engine, but you know what I mean, right)

And there's the paper filter with a foam prefilter

the foam element can (should?) again be soaked in oil for best performance (cleaning performance, not engine ;))

there is a sticker of the side of the filter case, to clean and oil the flat foam block inside, every so often.

The oil spouts, there are two one in front of engine and the other is located behind engine. They should have orange tops. Recommended oil is SAE 10W-30

Have a look at this pic. You should have 2 filling holes like the one in the pic. The pic has yellow caps for their holes. Yours might be a different colour.
