Is this the place where mostly everyone buys their clone engines from?

Also, are they Lifan motors?

Yes to the first question, no to the second. Lot's of people here use and love the blue clones. I don't own one myself but I'm hoping to get myself in on the action by buying one soon. I'm just waiting for the next parking lot sale at Harbor.

Lifan are other engines. I don't know too much about them.

i went to my local hf the other day to look at the blue motor. it had a small sticker on it that said lifan. price was 159.00

They're blue. They're inexpensive. They turn a shaft with 6.5hp/9.75 ft. lbs at 3600 rpm. They're fun.
If I opened one up and found a gasoline-sipping Super Hamster hooked to a wheel inside, I would take good care of it and not ask questions. They are no Honda, but for the price of a GX200, you can buy two HFs and figure out a way to hook them both up to a jackshaft.... Keep the governor, feed and care for the hamster properly... you'll have 13hp!

All I know is that I'm gonna buy me one, if cheap enough, not that they're not already (keeping fingers crossed for $65 again), at the next parking lot sale in June. Maybe I'll buy two, if I find them at that price. I just wanna play with one and maybe do some modifications to it.

I have a clone in my Baja Heat mini bike. Pretty quick. Received a HF mailer yesterday full of coupons. Has the blue clone for $97, but you have to use the coupon and it cannot be a copy.

I'm just glad I live near the Headquarters, they have some CRAZY deals when parking lot sale time comes around. That compressor that Robert bought and showed in the other thread, they had on sale for $30 at the last one I went to. Too bad I already had one or I would have bought one right there!
