I was wondering if anyone knew any ways to get a predator 212 cheaper. I know the 20% off coupons don't work so wanted to know if their are any other ways. Also looking to power coat could I buy a kit or something along that line that I could do by myself.

Ive never had a problem using the 20% off coupon on a motor here in Denver. Have you tried to use on? I have purchased two 212's and 1 420 with a 20% coupon. Actually think I got the 420cc with a 25% off coupon.

All I can say is technically, you're not supposed to be able to "double down" and use the 20% off coupons on "sale price" items.....Of course....not all clerks are the sharpest knives in the drawer....and what can I say...."but if the shoe fits wear it"....but in bigger cities....in more edumacted states...lol....(like Texus)....it doesn't seem to fly as easy....but....anything can happen.....

I remember folks absolutely reaming Home Depot....getting an "extra" 10% off the TOTAL price...when it was only supposed to be the difference + 10% extra of the price DIFFERENCE!

BTW: All those clerks were "relocated" to California....where they "blended" better with the general population....LOL.

And my 2 79cc I had to buy online, cause they are illegal in Ca. But the dummies at HF shipped them to me here.

the new coupons they sent out wont work on the internet with the predator motors. Also it said predator products on the new coupon.

Well that just BLOWS! I got mine 12 months ago so I guess I had outdated coupon info. Best bet would be go to the 405 and see if you can find a cashier that speaks retardese.

Call em and ask them if you can use the 20% off coupon on their 212cc engine. They said I could, went up there just a few months ago, used the same coupon.

Also, just ask if they could pop in either these codes at the register.

Eastwood makes a hobby powder-coating gun as well as others. search it on e-bay. You can bake the parts in an ordinary oven, but don't use the wife's, as you cannot cook in it afterwards.

Eastwood makes a hobby powder-coating gun as well as others. search it on e-bay. You can bake the parts in an ordinary oven, but don't use the wife's, as you cannot cook in it afterwards.

And HF sells all that powdercoat crap.

The coupons say Predator engines are not covered. I've had a few clerks say that, then try to "show" me by scanning it and the computer lets it happen. I buy Predator engines ALL THE TIME! I will stop if the coupons do. But if they aren't letting you try, go to another location. If not, try online, shipping is only $6.99. For me, saving that 20% is worth driving to another location.

From my understanding the coupons say "cant be used with predator powered equipment", like a generator, pressure washer, log splitter, mulcher etc. But the the motors themselves are free game.
