I do remember picking up a Hemi Pred for $99 of coarse and the winch for $49.

I took the winch out and hooked up to power to make sure the winch and remote worked(it did) and boxed right back up. Lol.

Another mud mower may be in my future!

Iv'e got one of those 2500lb ATV winches just sitting new in the box for around 7 years now. It was $49.99 back then. Just have not found a project for it yet. It was going to go on a mud mower build I did back then, but of coarse I sold it to soon.

Be a shame if you opened it up, applied power and found out it was no bueno (made on a Monday by a hungover 🥴🍸🍾 employee who enjoyed a weekend bender).

EDIT: You tested it, good man.

Tested a few days after purchase. Boxed right back up. No way I was going to let it sit without testing first, not from china freight! :ROFLMAO:

I've seen maybe 100 Wranglers over the last few years with Badland winches installed. Are they as good as Warn? Maybe but probably not constant long term use, especially if one is going constant Spin Tires every weekend.

That coupon is a curse. It calls to me. I don't need that motor. I don't need to build another motor. But $120?! I need to buy it just out of principle. Then get a whole hop-up kit and do that. Ugh... I feel a fever coming on.
The only cure for the fever is to buy one. Works better than any vaccine or pills.

The 13Kw Predator generator is kind of tempting at $1200. Would definitely be enough for most hobbyist DIY welders and chop saws. Especially since it has 240v on board which will open up options for higher amperage welding, which very rare in this hobby. I mean at most, 1/4" plate would be the thickest most will weld. 16ga-3/16" sheet metal is the most common for us, maybe thinner. Most of our tubing is 14ga or thinner.

At most, the Titanium 170 would be the largest MIG welder any of us would need realistically. Which would do all of that without hitting the thermal shutoff for duty cycle...within reason.

I think you need to tell him more. He’s gonna ask what SNL is.

Kartorbust works for Harbor Freight.
Actually I do know what SNL is. Watched it for about the first 5 or 6 years when it first came out. Haven't watched it in 40 years or more. So the Cowbell reference
made no sense to me.
