I'm cooking up collard greens from my garden right now...(they're last years greens....lol, ) But....I'm thinking this year....I'm going to expand my self sufficiency and minimize store bought items, while exploring underutilized common commodities.

To start with; carp. Carp fish salad sandwiches and carp caviar...as well as smoked carp. Carp fertilizer....pickled carp....(why am I suddenly having a 'Forest Gump' flashback)????
