Handling issues.

[Mean Machine]

I just recently was given a Screamin Green Machine kart, 5 hp Subaru, excellent shape. It needed a new chain and tires.
Well, we got it going but it just does not like to turn. THis is sort of an off road kart, we run it on our little dirt track.

I tried toeing the front tires out about 1/4" total, but I'm thinking maybe I shouldtry toeing them in a 1/4" total?

Any and all advice would be appreciated.

toe in will be better then toe out.
